We seek candidates who POSSESS (State Farm Agency Experience) + now POSSESS (Property & Casualty Licenses)
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am-5pm (No evenings, no weekends)
This is a GENERALIST position, and NOT sales only, like what many other agencies are seeking. We seek a candidate who can confidently handle both sales and customer service opportunities while helping individuals, families, and businesses with their insurance needs.

Qualifications
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license MUST POSSESS / REQUIRED..........
- ⭐ Life & Health license preferred ⭐
- Current or recent State Farm Agency experience REQUIRED......

- Experienced handling State Farm policyholder service inquiries, policy changes, billing, and coverage questions.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable handling both customer service and sales conversations.
- Ability to identify customer needs, recognize coverage gaps, and confidently recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Willingness to make outbound calls, follow up on opportunities, and ask for the business.
- Commitment to continued learning, product knowledge, and professional development.
- Ability to meet all applicable insurance licensing and training requirements.
