Office Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (No evenings, no weekends)
Commute: Short commute preferred

About the Role:

We’re hiring a replacement State Farm Agent team member to join our office as a generalist. You’ll handle customer service for existing policyholders and support new prospects with protection conversations—not “one-and-done” work.

What You’ll Do:

1) Help Current Policyholders

Handle customer service inquiries with accuracy and care
Address gaps during conversations by asking relevant questions
Offer/maximize discounts when available (where permitted)
Help customers upgrade coverage to protect what matters
Pivot to additional products when appropriate

2) Help New Prospects

Handle new leads from:

referrals
call-ins / walk-ins
social media
internet leads
StateFarm.com leads
and other sources

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
