- Contact customers for renewals, coverage options, and ongoing support
- Review policies/accounts and recommend updates to address coverage gaps
- Cross-sell additional products based on customer needs
- Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and engagement
- Provide timely quotes and follow up within the same business day when possible
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Prioritize and manage workflow to ensure efficient, accurate processing
- Represent the agency at occasional community events
- Build a referral network (“center of influence”) and generate leads
- Create and contribute to customer reviews (including social media)
- P&C license required (must possess or obtain ASAP) and L&H preferred
- Insurance agency experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal + written) and persuasive customer conversations
- Natural relationship-builder—friendly, empathetic, and patient
- Calm under pressure; proactive problem-solver
- Coachable with a positive, “can-do” attitude
- Reliable, strong work ethic, and fast learner
- Comfortable handling phone/computer work all day
- Base pay (DOE) + incentive pay based on production

Although this is Full-Time, we may consider Part-Time. Part-time candidates must already have at least a P&C license.
