RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Counsel and educate all existing and prospective clients how to protect the clients' families, their livelihoods and assets.
  • Proactively discover customers' gaps and needs, and be willing and able to quote, cross sell or follow-up with existing and new clients.
  • Answering all existing clients service questions regarding coverage, policy changes, and billing, claims, for retention.
  • Willing and able to develop new prospective customers to quote and write/sell State Farm Insurance & Financial Services products
  • Use marketing techniques to generate new leads and schedule appointments
QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Current or recent experience within an insurance agency or similar role highly preferred
  • Strong persuasion skills
  • Receptive to feedback and performance coaching
  • Competitive, highly self-motivated and enjoys being rewarded for your efforts and productivity
  • Able to work independently and hold yourself accountable for performance
  • Bilingual speakers highly preferred 
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses (possess or must be able to acquire asap)
 WE OFFER: 
  • Base pay (doe)•
  • Uncapped incentive pay based on production•
  • Profit sharing plan
  • Paid time off (holidays & personal)
  • Insurance prem allowance
  • M-F 9-5 work week without evenings/weekends 
  • Insurance License Fee (P&C & L&H) reimbursed after six mths of employment if unlicensed 
  • Total compensation is entirely dependent on candidate's production, skillset, licenses, education, experiences.
  • •Incentive pay are based on productivity and are not guaranteed. Payments are governed by the terms of the applicable sales bonus plan, which is subject to change at agency’s discretion.

Note:  Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses (possess or must be able to acquire asap)

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
