RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Willingness to engage in consistent confident, engaging needs-based sales conversations with relevant questions, that lead to appropriate insurance solutions..
- Strong follow up on quotes and customer inquiries within same day bus day in order to close, or possess strong follow up
- Represent the agency at community events and support local brand growth
- Ability to build a center of influence, network of contacts, to create referrals for prospective customers
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Travel outside the office to network with business professionals
- Brand the agency and yourself on social media websites.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses - Assist customers with payments, policy updates, and general service needs, proactive in problem solving
- Ability to set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of insurance transactions and other responsibilities.
- Maintain consistent accurate records within our databas of every customer interaction.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion skills
- Insurance Licensed preferred (P&C & L&H) - If unlicensed, willingness to commit to obtained required licenes.

- Uncapped performance-based Incentives. Incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed. Payments are governed by the terms of the applicable sales bonus plan, which is subject to change at agency’s discretion.

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
