ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Tom - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Convert all prospective leads into customers using a proven consultative needs-based sales strategy
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
  • Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Possess and/or develop pipeline of new prospective customers 
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable initiating contact and interacting with prospective customers.
  • Strong work ethics, Positive Attitude and Coachable
  • Fast learner with Attention to detail.
  • Insurance Licenses required (possess or able to acquire asap)
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
