RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
- Manage appts and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, review existing policies to address gaps and maximize discounts, then identifying opportunities to offer additional insurance options based on needs
- Developing prospective customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers' needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales role, preferably in an insurance and office environment
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethics
- Fast learner
- Persuasive and convincing personality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Strong computer skills
- Insurance Licenses Required (Prop & Cas & Life & Health - possess or acquire asap) we'll show you how to acquire
- Bilingual Spanish or other language preferred

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Cantonese
