What you'll do:
Engage with existing and prospective insurance customers by phone, email, texting, and in person.
Provide remarkable service for existing customers’ need, to drive retention.
Use your insurance expertise to uncover customer needs, identify coverage gaps, and recommend tailored solutions from State Farm or alliance products.
Convert all prospective leads into customers using a proven consultative needs-based sales strategy.

Requirements:
Recent experience in a similar role , or at least one year of experience in sales/customer service
Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses*

*Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses are required or able to acquire asap. If unlicensed, we'll provide you guidance how to acquire licenses, which we'll reimburse you for.

This is in-office position at a local State Farm Agency located on the far north side of Chicago. This position is with an established State Farm Agent's office, not State Farm Companies.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
