State Farm Jim Tom Insurance Agency seeks a Account Representative-State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Supporting the team with marketing efforts and community outreach
- Develop prospective clients

Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous similar experience or sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Current or recent insurance customer service/sales experience preferred.
- HS diploma or GED
- Insurance Licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health) must possess or acquire asap
Note: This opportunity is with a Chicago (north center) State Farm Insurance Agency, not State Farm Insurance Companies.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Cantonese
