Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Relations Representative-State Farm Agent Team Member you'll generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a established insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You'll help resolve customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members, cross sell insurance products and develop new customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address gaps and cover those gaps with additional products
- Develop new clients via referrals, reviews, remarkable service, prospecting, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- PROPERTY & CASUALTY & LIFE & HEALTH INSURANCE LICENSES (must possess or acquire asap)
- Strong work ethics
- Coachable with a Positive Attitude
- Recent or prior similar experience
- Bilingual speakers preferred
Note: This position is with a local Chicago State Farm Agent, not State Farm Companies.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Cantonese
