ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Tom - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Proficient with the customer service team and daily operations to drive retention and cross selling
- Develop new prospective customers in various methods
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Multiple yrs years of experience in a similar role preferred
- organizational skills.
- Property & Casualty, and Life & Health Insurance licenses required
- Experience in similar role
- Strong works ethics
- Persuasive

Note: This is a position with a local State Farm Agent's office, not State Farm Companies.
Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Cantonese
