ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Local Chicago north State Farm Insurance Agency is searching for a future competitive State Farm Insurance Producer - Agent Team member who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Provide great customer service experience for retention.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Develop new prospective clients via various methods
- Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
- Develop new prospective customers and quote, plus write new business
EXPERIENCES
- Experience in insurance sales, retention, service, or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Coachable, Positive, Faster Learner, Strong work ethics
- Insurance Licenses are required

This position is with a State Farm Agent's office, not State Farm Companies.
Compensation: $38,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
