State Farm Agent Jim Tom in Chicago 60618 (North Center), seeks a local candidate for an upcoming opening. You would be vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Provide great customer service experience for retention.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Develop new prospective clients via various methods
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales, retention, service, or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Coachable, Faster Learner
- 2+ yrs years of experience in customer service and/or sales role.
- Insurance Licenses required
- Insurance experience in a similar role preferred

Compensación: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
