We seek an ambitious Licensed Insurance Representative to help individuals and businesses find the right insurance solutions. Whether you're an experienced producer or looking to grow in the industry, this role offers earning potential based on production, ongoing training, and career advancement opportunities.
Acquire new and retain clients to our insurance agency by selling Auto, Renters, Condo-Unit, Homeowners, Business/Commercial, Life, Health insurance products, along with Financial Services. Candidates will receive outstanding training, mentorship from established successful agent and team.

Responsibilities
Offer products such as Home, Auto, Business/Commercial, Life and Health Insurance, plus Financial Services
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
Staying informed about competing products and services
Provide remarkable service for retention of customers
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Create relationships with prospects and clientele.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently, plus with a team
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Must possess/obtain a state of Illinois Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance Licenses
Compensación: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, y Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
