State Farm Agent's office seeks a PART-TIME ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER
Responsibilities
- Secure all trailing documents from customers.
- Process customer policy change requests and followup for accuracy.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
- Document each customer contact in our database.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Assist with developing new prospective customers to quote and sell all lines of insurances.
Requirements
- Coachable, positive attitude, be resourceful.
- Strong follow-thru and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently and with a team.
- Strong work ethics
- Professional and friendly phone etiquette.
- Insurance licenses (able to acquire)
- Bilingual languages preferred.
- Reside near our Chicago (north) office or are a short commute to our office.

This is an in-office position with a State Farm Insurance Agent's office, not with State Farm Companies
Compensation: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Cantonese
