State Farm Insurance Agency seeks a "PART-TIME" ACCOUNT ASSOCIATE - AGENT TEAM MEMBER.
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home,business, life and health insurance.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
We offer you:
Hourly base $15.00 - $17.00 per hour (doe)

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningPeople-orientedStrong follow up abilities and persistent

- Bilingual - Spanish preferred
- Property and Casualty licenses (must be able to obtain)

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
