Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Job description
State Farm Insurance Agency seeks a self-motivated, competitive, and enthusiastic agent team member to provide remarkable insurance service for retention and generate new insurance business by contacting prospective insurance customers. You will sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of all customers. The goal is to build up and maintain strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our insurance agency's reputation. Preference will be given to candidates who possess active insurance licenses and/or with insurance agency experience.
  
Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
  • Build productive relationships to create a pool of prospective insurance clients from various sources 
  • Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
  • Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their insurance risk profiles
  • Constantly update our database and records
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Achieve insurance customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
  • Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new insurance products and services
  • Fulfill all policy requirements
  • Develop and maintain insurance customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct insurance policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex insurance customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
 Skills/Abilities
  • Proven working experience as an Insurance agent or team member or relevant experience
  • Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, business, medical etc)
  • Strong computer knowledge and skills
  • Proven ability to work with goals
  • Strong work ethics
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, influence and sell effectively
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
  • Team player, with positive attitude and is coachable
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting goals
  • Bilingual Spanish 
  • Insurance P&C and L&H Licenses required

This opportunity is with an established State Farm Insurance Agent's office, not State Farm Companies.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
