As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Tom - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Responsibilities:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with customer retention strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction 
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Assist with acquiring prospective customers by way of referrals, google reviews, networking, etc.
Requirements:
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Strong work ethic - Fast learner
  • Strong computer applications skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to assess customer needs, conduct effective interviews, then make presentations to potential customers
  • Ability to explain complex financial issues in understandable terms
  • Property and Casualty - Life and Health licenses   (must possess or able to acquire)
  • Insurance experience preferred
Candidate must possess required INSURANCE LICENSES or be able TO OBTAIN ASAP -  If unlicensed, we will provide assistance how to get licensed

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
