As Insurance Account Representative-State Farm Agent Team Member, you're vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Insurance Licenses and/or Insurance agency experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Generate increase in agency by strategically upselling and cross-selling life insurance products, based on customers’ needs
- Conduct reviews and provide recommendations to customers, to address gaps and maximize discounts
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues, from beginning to end.
- Develop prospective insurance customers, using various channels.
- Leverage ECRM tools to track and manage client interactions effectively
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with ability to build rapport
- Enthusiastic personality and Persuasive
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property & Casualty & Life & Health Insurance Licensed
- Insurance experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person with the right skill set.

- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
