As Account Manager-State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Tom - State Farm Agent, in Chicago, IL,  you'll grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers, to address gaps and maximize discounts
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues, from beginning to end.
  • Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Insurance service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
  • Develop prospective insurance customers, using various channels.

  • Insurance experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person with the right skill set. 
  • Bilingual preferred

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
