We seek an in-office Customer Relations-Agent Team Member who wants to grow with us. You will help protect clients from the unexpected. You will process insurance policy transactions, review coverages, and collect payments. You'll cross sell existing customers, prospect for new customers. You will exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.

Here is the ideal candidate: Positive attitude, coachable, fast learner, outgoing personality, has solid computer, strong work ethics, works well with team, true passion for helping others - Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses are required. However, we can provide you guidance how to get insurance licensed asap, if you are not licensed and committed.

Compensation: $20.00 - $31.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
