Taking applications for a future Account Representative-State Farm Agent Team Member. Insurance experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person with the right skill set. You must possess required Illinois Insurance Producers Licenses or be able to acquire right away.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities: 
  • Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Insurance service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate insurance customers about insurance options and close the sale
  • Network to develop prospective insurance customers and be able to close sale for all leads provided by agency and self-developed
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
