We seek an in-office Customer Relations-Agent Team Member who wants to grow with us. We’re looking for team members who want to look forward to where they will be next year, and the year after that, instead of just looking forward to quitting time.
As a State Farm Agency Customer Relations Representative - Team Member, you will help protect clients from the unexpected. You will process insurance policy transactions, review coverages, and collect payments. You'll cross sell existing customers, prospect for new customers. You will exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
You will need required Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses, but we can provide you guidance how to get insurance licensed if you aren’t licensed.
Here is the ideal candidate: Someone who has a great positive attitude, is coachable, a fast learner, outgoing personality, has solid computer skills, is persuasive, solid work ethics, who works well with their peers and those who have a true passion for helping others.
Compensación: $35,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, y Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Chicago, 60618 (North Center).
- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1989.
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish y Cantonese
