Responsibilities/Duties:
- Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Insurance service can include responding to insurance inquiries regarding insurance availability, insurance eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, insurance claim submissions, insurance billing clarification, etc.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Continuous network to develop and sell insurance products to prospective insurance customers
- Review policies to discover gaps and cross sell existing insurance customers based on their needs
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Discover gaps in coverage and offer additional products to address those gaps
- Develop prospective customers
Requirements/Abilities/Skills:

- Must possess "Illinois Insurance Producers Licenses" or be willing and capable of acquiring those licenses asap. If you're a motivated candidate, we'll provide you guidance how to acquire
- Insurance Agency experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred

- The typical starting compensation for this role is determined by various factors including education, insurance licenses and insurance agency experience.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
Compensación: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

- Our office is open Mon-Fri - 9am-5pm.
