• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact in our database.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Strong Influence & Negotiation skills-Able persuade/convince customers to buy products or services based on needs
• Ability to educate all customers on proper coverage to address gaps
• Customer focused - Skills in creating relationships from a cold start.
• Productive - with the Hunger & Desire to Succeed
• Highly Proficient in responding to customer situations with sensitivity
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred.  If not, you must be willing to obtain asap
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese or other languages preferred
