Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude-Coachable-Strong Work Ethics-Strong Communication skills
  • Insurance Knowledge:  Insurance products and industry practices - insurance agency experience
  • Insurance Licenses:  "MUST POSSESS PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSES" - We ideally preferred  Life and Health Insurance Licenses also
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Your Location:  Candidates who reside near or are a short commute to our Chicago 60618 (north center) office 
Role & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building strong and lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support
  • Sales and Customer Acquisition:  Engage with prospective and existing insurance customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized needs based insurance and financial products that align with their unique requirements
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team retention and sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
  • Consultative Selling: Conducting in-depth consultations with prospective and existing customers, identifying their insurance coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner
  • Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new insurance and financial services business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.

Candidate must possess Property & Casualty Insurance Licenses - Ideally prefer candidate also possess Life and Health Insurance Licenses•

 

Note:  This is an in-office position only with a State Farm Insurance Agent's office, not State Farm Companies.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
