Qualifications/Skills:
- Positive attitude-Coachable-Strong Work Ethics-Strong Communication skills
- Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices
- Insurance Licenses required - Property and Casualty / Life and Health (or ability to acquire asap)
- Sales/CSR Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term relationships with customers.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Team Collaboration: Working closely with our team to achieve individual and team retention and sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Consultative Selling: Conducting in-depth consultations with customers, identifying their insurance coverage needs, and presenting suitable solutions in a clear and understandable manner
- Lead Generation: Proactively seeking out new insurance and financial services business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
