Responsibilities:
- Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
- Help develop new prospective insurance customers to quote and write State Farm insurance and financial services products.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Insurance service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
- Use an insurance customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Insurance lead generation-proactively seeking out new business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market and sell appropriate insurance products.

- Current or recent experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record in service/retention and/or sales preferred.
- Reside near or are a short commute to our Chicago 60618 (North Center)office – For this in-office position
